Hammond Facility Indiana

United Hospital Services (UHS) is Indiana’s largest healthcare laundry and a consortium of nonprofit hospitals.  Based on Indianapolis’ east side, UHS serves its members with high-quality, low-cost linens to keep healthcare safe and affordable.  In order to expand capacity and reduce transportation costs, UHS constructed a second Indiana facility in Hammond, Indiana.  This 55,585 square-foot, $18 million facility opened in 2022 and processes more than 50 million pounds of healthcare linen annually with opportunities for expansion.
