Volumod Modular Solutions

Established by a faith-driven entrepreneur, Volumod is a new modular home manufacturing company that seeks to provide new employment, housing and entrepreneurship opportunities to the residents of Indianapolis’ far east side.  Located in the Post Road area, Volumod rehabilitated an existing warehouse facility into a mixed development that includes Volumod’s headquarters, manufacturing space, a commercial kitchen, and a minority-controlled nonprofit business incubator. Volumod has developed a re-entry program designed to hire individuals out of incarceration and to provided programs to help its employees with home ownership.  Volumod’s manufacturing process seeks to reduce costs and cut construction times and enables builders to have their houses delivered by the time the foundations are laid.
