Community Redevelopment Partners, on behalf of St. Joseph County, the City of South Bend, and other stakeholders, is soliciting proposal statements from firms interested in providing comprehensive land use and multi-use trail location planning services from the western edge of the City of South Bend to the Indiana Enterprise Center (to the west) and stretch from the Michigan State line (to the north) to Potato Creek (to the south) in St. Joseph County.
