Community Redevelopment is led by a team that has spent decades helping communities secure funding, navigate complexity and deliver projects that change local trajectories. Together, our backgrounds span public finance, economic development, architecture, project management and government relations. What we share is a commitment to the Midwest communities we call home and a belief that under-resourced places deserve the same access to transformative opportunities as everyone else.
Our team brings regulatory, operational and technical expertise to projects that are often tough to finance or hard to launch. We work alongside local leaders to remove barriers, connect the right partners and move good ideas into real momentum. This work is personal. We want to see communities thrive and think bigger about what’s possible.
Community Redevelopment exists to help under-resourced communities and mission-driven organizations move critical projects from idea to execution. We secure the funding, expertise and partnerships needed to turn complex, hard-to-finance initiatives into real, lasting community assets.
We envision providing Midwest communities with opportunity, investment and momentum. Places where good ideas are not stalled by complexity or capital gaps, and where thoughtful development strengthens local economies, institutions and quality of life.
Our work is grounded in partnership, persistence and accountability. We bring regulatory, operational and technical expertise to challenging projects and work side by side with local leaders to remove barriers and build momentum. This work is personal. We believe communities thrive when people are willing to think bigger, stay committed and follow through.
