We focus on projects that create long-term community impact but are often hard to finance or launch. This includes job creation projects, workforce and career training centers, childcare and family services, housing, economic development initiatives and other catalytic community facilities. How is Community Redevelopment different from a traditional developer or consultant?

We specialize in the hard parts. Our team brings deep experience in public finance, economic development, government relations and project execution, and we stay engaged through the full lifecycle of a project. We work alongside local leaders, not over them, and focus on outcomes that serve the community long after the project is complete.
