Bionutrients is a joint venture between Hello Nature and MPS Egg Farms that converts chicken manure into environmentally sustainable fertilizers. Now fully operational in Wabash, the facility supports regenerative agriculture by reducing manure spreading, improving soil health and strengthening Indiana’s growing ag-tech economy.
Scaling a new ag-tech manufacturing operation required significant capital, a suitable site and careful navigation of environmental and regulatory requirements. The partners also needed alignment across state and local agencies to support permitting, infrastructure and long-term growth.
Our team supported the project by identifying incentives, tax credits and financing tools tailored to ag-tech and advanced manufacturing. Our team helped guide site selection, secured financing and incentives, coordinated infrastructure planning and aligned state and local partners to support workforce needs and sustainable expansion.
The Bionutrients facility has transitioned from development to production, positioning Indiana as a leader in regenerative agriculture and sustainable manufacturing. The operation supports farmers, reduces environmental impacts and creates new economic opportunities in north-central Indiana.
